AI video production: a repeatable pipeline from script to delivery
Consistency comes from process. Treat video as a production line with clear stages, not as a series of one-off generations.

Stage one: the script
Write for the platform and the audience before thinking about visuals. A short video needs one message, a clear opening and a specific action. Approve the script before any generation begins; changing the message after production wastes most of the work.
Stage two: the storyboard
Break the script into shots. For each shot, define the visual, duration, caption and transition. This is where AI generation becomes manageable: each shot is a small, reviewable asset rather than an unpredictable whole video.
Stage three: assets
Generate voice, images and motion separately. Keep a consistent visual reference and a pronunciation guide for the voice. Store assets with a naming convention that connects them to the shot list.
Stage four: editing
Assembly is still human work. Check pacing, captions, product accuracy and brand consistency. AI can draft, but a person must review the final cut before publication.
Stage five: delivery and learning
Export the formats each platform requires, keep the project files, and record what worked. Over time, the pipeline becomes a library of reusable patterns instead of a new experiment every time.
