The website, brand, product designs and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Ownership of custom deliverables and licenses for software are defined in the applicable contract.

Customer data remains the property of the customer. We process it only to provide the agreed services and as described in the contract and privacy policy.

7. AI output

AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions. Customers are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for business, legal or financial decisions. Human review points are part of the agreed system design.

9. Disclaimer and liability
